Heatpipe technology represents a significant advancement over traditional cooling materials, offering high thermal conductivity under slight temperature differences. A heatpipe consists of three parts: a sealed hollow tube (usually copper), a wick (or capillary), and a working fluid. In practical applications, the section of the heatpipe near the heat source is known as the Evaporation End, while the end closer to the cold source (e.g., fins) and farther from the heat source is known as the Condensation End.
