1.Product Introduction
When air-cooled heat sinks cannot handle high power densities, liquid cooling plates become the preferred heat transfer solution. PowerWinx offers a wide range of cold plate technologies to meet specific fluid compatibility and performance requirements. Friction stir welded (FSW) cooling plates are suitable for glycol-water mixtures and high cooling demands, while press-lock tubed types are ideal for tap or de-ionized water. Vacuum brazed cold plates, flat tube cold plates, and pin fin types are available for special applications, along with models made from hot-rolled aluminum sheets for low to medium power densities.

2.Product Details
A cooling plate is responsible for extracting heat from devices and transferring it to a single-phase liquid coolant circulating through internal channels. The heat is then dissipated downstream to a radiator. Cold plate solutions offer several thermal and mechanical advantages:
